Flight Chops, he’s a self-described “weekend warrior pilot” who is basically living every pilot’s dream by flying a wide variety of airplanes and sharing his experiences with his fans. Flight Chops Disclaimer
I am a “weekend warrior” private pilot, I fly for fun with no intentions of going commercial. I have had my PPL for over 15 years, but still consider each flight a learning experience – I generally take detailed notes after each flight to remind myself what went well or what I could do to improve…. Having the GoPro cameras to record flights like this is invaluable. I find these self analysis videos very helpful in my constant quest to improve, and am happy to share.
Feedback is invited; however, please keep it positive.
I was skimming through UTUBE and saw a plane with the letters RD on the tail. I was stationed with VR24 in Port Layaeuty, from February 1950 thru Feb. 1951, then on to the London detachment for about 6 months,. I was then assigned to VF22, Sandford field, Florida,etc.. Got out on late ’52. Wound up as a PR2. Would love to hear about your connection to VR24.
